Steve Dawson

Lead guitar

Ste left YP2 to go to Uni, having finish that he played in a different group before returning home to YP2.

Somewhere along that line he learnt to play guitar.

Zoe Dawson

Saxophone / Clarinet

Zoe is married to Ste and was the one who bought him that oversized amplifier that he now struggles to carry each month.

Besides playing for YP2, she also plays proper music with proper orchestras.

Alan Garner

Saxophone / Tambourine man

Its surprising that no-one has been seriously hurt by Alan's tambourine techniques. With a tendency to launch that small, hard piece of plastic into the air while dancing around below.

Alan has also said he is grateful to be able to play with this group of musicians, though perhaps he is confused with a different event.

Ashley Michael

Keyboard

Ash joined YP2 in 2009 as co-worship leader and later moved to the keyboard to replace the long serving Longfoot

Ash is one of the few members of the band who actually understands music which may be a bonus, or may just cause confusion.

Phil Jones

Bass Guitar

Phil is another member who has been there from the start, despite having only played bass for a month prior to the first YP2 (and yes, it did show!)

Phil also does the YP2 website (ie this!)

Chris Clark

Drums

Chris is the second 'Chris' to have been involved with YP2, and this time he's male.

By far, the loudest drummer so far, Chris adds a new and significant dynamic to the band

Jon Dickson

Guitar / Worship leader

Jon joined YP2 in 2011 as worship leader

In the hope that no-one would notice, in 2011 the worship leader was replaced by an equally tall person with the same first name of the previous worship leader, how very Dr. Who.
